At Accelonix BV, the safety and well-being of our employees, our customers and our partners is always our priority. We are actively monitoring the COVID-19/Coronavirus situation and taking steps to help keep our communities safe.
Currently we are still fully operational within the scope of the Government and RIVM advise. Where possible we work from home and we are fully equipped to handle telephone, email and other IT related activities from home just as we would be in the office.
For customers with a valid maintenance contract we still go on-site, if needed, as long as the safety of our and the customers employees can be guaranteed.
So this means only if we can take the measures as advised by the RIVM. We discuss this beforehand with our customers so that we and the customer are ensured intervention can be done safely.
Some of our suppliers and logistics partners are also experiencing disruptions to their operation as result of the worldwide restrictions. For scheduled deliveries/orders affected, and therefore expected to have delayed delivery, we attemp to inform each customer accordingly.
