Calibrations can be handled professional and fast due to well-organized arrangements with our suppliers. Calibrations, which are performed by our suppliers, have the advantage that the supplier knows everything about your equipment and is capable to adjust your equipment in an optimal way. (Including the latest firmware and/or hardware updates).If for any reason it is not possible to send your equipment to us, we can also arrange an on-site calibration.
Suggestion: To keep the turn-around time as short as possible, we advise to make an appointment before shipping your equipment.
We are capable of repairing your products fast and professional, if requested together with a calibration. Accelonix has it’s own repair facility and is able to do repairs locally. If local repair is not possible we can rely on the expertise of our suppliers.
When we receive a defective product we always send a quotation after investigation, so you will never be faced with unforeseen costs.
Suggestion: When you offer us a repair job, please add the following information:
- problem description
- contact person within your organisation
- date of purchase
On all our repairs a warranty of three months applies (unless specified otherwise).
Naturally we are doing everything to deliver our products in a good way.
If for some reason there are any problems during installation, you may always contact us for support. You may expect direct remote support, if this is not possible we will provide a solution within a short time.
