• New control system and new software called T-Suite light, now running on an integrated Raspberry PC and operated via a touchscreen display
• Increased bond force range, now 20g – 1000g
• Reinforced frame, combined with XY precision linear guides for higher accuracy and better repeatability
• Extended travelrange of Z-axis by 35mm to now 95mm
• First delivery end of March 2021
