Artificial intelligence is already present in many of GOEPEL electronic’s developments and supports our AOI and AXI users in their daily work.
The first steps on the way to autonomous inspection have already been taken.
Today our Goepel customers already benefit of the first implementation of artificial intelligence and deep learning in the PILOT software of the Goepel AOI and AXI inspection systems for PCB assembly.
AI supports Goepel AOI and AXI users with tasks such as:

This is only the beginning.
In June, Goepel will host a webinar and present the assistance systems that are today already in use for our AOI and AXI systems.
It will be shown how artificial intelligence can be used to help operators to work more effectively and save costs. This will be demonstrated by practical examples.
Furthermore the outlook and the path to fully autonomous inspection will be presented in conclusion.
